MEET NIA HUNT
Who am I
Nia Hunt’s story is one of resilience and triumph in the face of adversity. Born and raised on the streets of Philadelphia, Nia experienced a tough childhood, with her parents abandoning her as a toddler and leaving her to face the world alone. As a result, Nia was placed in foster care, where she had to navigate through various trials and tribulations that left her feeling helpless and heartbroken.
Despite her challenges, Nia found solace and comfort in writing poetry, which allowed her to express her pain and connect with her inner self and others. Over time, Nia’s passion for writing grew. She pursued her education with unwavering determination, earning an associate’s degree in web/graphic designing and a bachelor’s in criminal justice. She is working towards a master’s in law, a testament to her commitment to personal growth and overcoming adversity.
Today, Nia is living her dream of being a successful poet, author, songwriter, and business owner. She has created her own company, Intentional Sentiments, which specializes in a unique greeting card collection and other products designed to inspire and bring joy. With every card, book, and product sold by Intentional Sentiments, Nia’s vision and passion for reaching, comforting, healing, and loving intentionally shines through, making a tangible difference in the lives of her customers and the community.
Intentional Sentiments believes in deliberately spreading unconditional love, as stated in 1 Corinthians 13:13: “And now there remain faith [abiding in God and His promises], hope [confident expectation of eternal salvation], love [unselfish love for others growing out of God’s love for me], these three [the choicest graces]; but the greatest of these is love.” Through her company, Nia is making a difference in the world by spreading love and inspiration and planting seeds of hope.
